First Option: With your own mobile phone or computer
Scan the QR code on this website to open the app. Click on the “+” symbol and follow the instructions.
OR: Simply click on the link in the email with the subject “Your online check-in at Hotel Ladenmühle Altenberg is available” and follow the instructions.Once you have entered and confirmed your details, you can conveniently pay any outstanding balance online during the check-in process.
In the app, you will immediately see your accommodation voucher with a QR code, which you will need upon arrival at the hotel. You will also receive this code by email.
Upon arrival at the hotel, select the “Check in now” option on the tablet at the self-service reception and hold the QR code in front of the camera (on the left side of the tablet – as indicated by the arrow).
Check the displayed information and make a note of or take a photo of your room number as well as the code (in brackets after the room number). You will need this code to open the key box. The key boxes are located in the reception area on the left-hand side.
Second Option: At the check-in tablet in the hotel
On the tablet at the self-service reception, select your preferred language and click on “Check in now.”
Enter your last name (not your full name!) or your reservation number and follow the instructions.
Once you have entered and confirmed your details, you can conveniently pay any outstanding balance at the payment terminal during the check-in process.
Make a note of or take a photo of your room number as well as the code (in brackets after the room number). You will need this code to open the key box. The key boxes are located in the reception area on the left-hand side.
You can arrive at the hotel at any time; you are not bound by opening hours.
The hotel consists of two buildings. The self-service reception is located in Building No. 1, which is directly on the street.

Upon departure, please drop your room key into the box at the reception under the key boxes and check out either at the tablet or using your own mobile phone or computer.
